Sat Meters
The Satellites are 22,000 miles above the earth therefore a satellite dish needs aligning accurately (to within a couple of degrees). The meters/finders below help you to align your satellite dish and the more accurately you do this will make a difference in retaining the signal in poor weather (generally the time when we want to watch TV ). As with most things in life the better ones are more sensitive and therefore enable you to centre the dish in the middle of the tolerance. This will help in elininating the picture from freezing especially in heavy rain/snow and also when wind is blowing the dish and therefore moving it slightly.
